Jelqing

Jelqing is a penile massage technique and one of the most
popular ways of increasing the size of the penis. The
techniques consist of "milking" the penis is such a way as
to break down the fibers of the muscle and get good blood
flow through the penis, which results in gains in length
and girth. It may sound dangerous, but when properly done,
there are no risks.

"Milking," sometimes called the "Arab Jelq" from Middle
Eastern fathers who would prepare their sons for sexual
relationships by teaching them this technique, consists of
wrapping the thumb and index finger around the base of
penis while semi-erect and repetitively forcing blood into
the glands of the corpus cavernosa (the spongy tissue that
fills with blood and expands as a result of nitric oxide
being released into your blood stream during arousal).
Studies have shown that by utilizing this and other simular
techniques, the penis length can increase up to 1.4 inches
and the girth up to 1 inch.

Most jelqing techniques are preceded by a warm up
preparation of wrapping the penis in a warm towel for about
5 minutes to relax the penis and allow more blood flow.
This will help expand the blood vessels. Once this process
is complete, "milking" can began.

Lubrication is also needed, whether it be oil, Vaseline, or
whatever your favorite lubricant may be. It is advisable
not to try jelqing while in the shower, or to use soap,
which can irritate the skin.

It may also be useful to invest in a jelqing device which
is expressly designed to help effectively perform penile
fitness exercises to increase the length and girth of the
penis. Make sure to purchase a device that has been
approved by Medical Doctors for use by their patients.

Although there are many web sites offering free jelqing
instruction, it is advisable to invest in a book or video
tape to learn the proper techniques of jelqing, and to
prevent any injuries that may result from improper use.
Like anything else in life, proper jelqing techniques can
be learned but it will take some time and effort to achieve
the best results, and simple one-page web sites offering
free instruction usually do not contain enough information
to really do justice to the subject.

Unlike some other penis enlargement methods, such as penis
pills and penis pumps, jelqing does not require that you
purchase any expensive products. Besides, most people are
now aware that penis enlargement pills and pumps just do
not work. Jelqing has been around for hundreds, if not
thousands of years, and it appears that it is here to stay.
The fact that it has existed for so long is a testimony as
to its effectiveness.

The Advantages of Strength Training without Equipment

The obvious benefit of strength training without equipment
is that you don't have the burden of heavy and expensive
machinery in your home or in your tote bag. But what many
people don't know is that there are many other advantages
to exercising without equipment – especially when it comes
to strength training. Your fitness and your health just
don't need anything but a few simple moves to create a
whole new body. Here are the benefits of strength training
without equipment that might not know.

Not having to pay for expensive gym equipment or a gym
membership is certainly an argument for strength training
without equipment. Many gyms can cost hundreds of dollars a
year, be difficult to use when their busy, and have
outdated gym equipment. The hassle of working out outside
of the home is just becoming too much. By learning strength
training without the weights or the dumbbells, you can free
yourself of this inconvenience fitness facility and start
actually working out instead of getting worked up whenever
you have to go to the gym.

Another advantage of strength training without equipment is
that you can actually move your body more than you can with
equipment. The key is that you're going to be using your
own body weight to add resistance to each movement, but at
the same time, you don't have to stop when the machine
stops. For example, you can hold light weights in your
hands and do shoulder rotations without having to stop to
adjust the machine for working out each half of the
shoulder. This larger range of motion provides all of the
muscles in your body with the ability to get something from
a workout – rather than limiting your results by the
machinery that is available.

Yet another plus for strength training without equipment is
that you can workout anywhere, at any time. Many strength
training exercises can be done when you're simply standing
around or at your office desk. For example, you can place
your palms on the desk edge in front of you and push your
body forwards and backwards. That will help to build your
upper body without any change of clothes or heavy weights.
You can do a wall sit at home and get all of the same
benefits as a squat press machine. Simply sit with your
back against the wall and lower your body down until your
leg creates a right angle. Hold for as long as you can.

In the end, strength training without equipment is the best
way to create a workout that doesn't involve all of the
petty details that have come with modern day exercise.
Exercise should be hard work, but it doesn't have to be a
pain.

Why Daily Planning is So Important for Adults with ADD

For adults with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), details
are a drag. We tend to see the big picture and want to
jump straight to the finish line, wishing we could skip all
the steps in between. Unfortunately, this perspective
often causes us to become overwhelmed when it's time to
start a project. We know where we want to end up, but we
don't know where to start.

The same is true for day-to-day life. Adults with ADD
often start the day knowing what should ideally get
accomplished, but not sure where to begin or how to
prioritize. Boredom and frustration set in, making it
difficult to finish what we set out to do. This often
leads to stress and guilt, which can spiral into more bad
feelings, and less action.

In order to avoid this scenario, adults with ADD can learn
to make daily planning a routine.

Here are 3 Easy Steps One Can Take to Develop a Daily
Planning Routine:

1. Plan the Time to Plan.

Decide on a time of day when you can consistently take 15
minutes to plan. It can be a set time (8:00 PM) or simply
"right before bed."

Most adults with ADD find that the best time to plan is
late in the day, when they are more alert. This works
easily, as you can plan for the following day rather than
stressing about it before you go to sleep!

2. Review Your To-Do List.

If you don't already use a to-do list, create one! Review
it during each planning session so that you can see not
only what you have to do, but also what you have actually
accomplished during the day.

Re-write your to-do list, removing completed items and
adding things that came up during the day. Move the most
important and urgent tasks to the top of the list. Break
large projects into 3-5 steps that all go on the list.

3. Review Your Calendar.

Take a look at your daily planner (you are using one, I
hope!) See what appointments you have scheduled the next
day. Block off the times in your planner, along with your
travel time. Then, begin to schedule in time for the tasks
on your to-do list.

Taking just 15 minutes a day to plan alleviates much of the
day-to-day stress of life with ADD, and helps adults move
forward.

Tooth Development from Start to Finish

We all remember as kids, the way are teeth came, left, and
then came again. However, we never really understood the
how and why of this remarkable process. We remember the
fear of losing teeth. We remember the pain and the
wondering of why. We remember the fairy tales that
surround losing teeth as a child. This article will help
illustrate how the process works from a highly medical
standpoint.

Genetics plays an important role in the existence and
development of teeth. It determines when teeth come in and
what they look like. Additional environmental factors and
the mother's condition during the nine month pregnancy have
an effect. Other than that, what you see is what you get.

Baby Teeth

They are known as primary or deciduous teeth. Generally,
the lower teeth appear before the upper teeth. The primary
front teeth are called central and lateral incisors and
usually arrive by the time the child is one. The next teeth
to arrive are the primary first molars followed by the
primary cuspids and then the primary second molars. All
twenty baby teeth usually arrive by the time a child
reaches three years of age.

Adult Teeth

They are known as secondary or permanent dentition. The
permanent front central and lateral incisors emerge shortly
after the primary front teeth fall out. This usually occurs
between the ages of six and eight. Prior to this, permanent
first molars arrive around ages six or seven. The primary
molars are replaces with permanent premolars between the
age of ten and twelve. Adult cuspids arrive between the
ages of nine and twelve. Permanent second molars arrive
between the ages of eleven and thirteen.

No-Show Teeth

They are teeth that never develop. Common missing teeth are
the adult laterals incisors, bicuspids and third molars.

Wisdom Teeth

They are known as third molars. They may or may not emerge
from the gums, depending upon their position. If they grow
sideways or angled, they may not appear at all because they
are impacted. If they grow straight and there is enough
room in the mouth to accommodate them, they can appear
between the age of seventeen and twenty-one.

Supernumary Teeth

They are extra teeth. Usually found in the middle of the
upper central teeth. This is called mesiodens.

As with any issues involving teeth, please consult with an
experienced dentist in your local area. There is no
substitute for highly skilled dental care. Failure to seek
immediate care may have detrimental effects.

Herbs for arthritis

Arthritis is a disease that causes stiffness and pain in
body. The pain is so strong that you are unable to move
your hips and knees. There can be swelling and pain in your
joints and that will make you very uncomfortable in your
physical movement. It can also badly affect the other
organs of your body such as chest, eyes and skin.

There are two types of arthritis and those are
Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis. Osteoarthritis
usually affects you when you are growing older. The old
pain and injuries, which are heeled in your past days, can
again get triggered by the disease.

Rheumatoid arthritis is caused when your body's defense
mechanism gets weakened; it affects bones, joints and other
organs. You may get severe pain and feel feverish and
tired. There are also various causes of arthritis; it can
be due to gouts in the body and infection to the liver by
viral hepatitis. Arthritis has spread its tentacles the
world over and the majority of people do suffer miserably.
There are different kinds of treatment for arthritis in the
field of medicine, but the traditional herb treatment is
found to be very effective and fruitful for curing the
disease. People have tried Chuchuhusai herbs and Iporuru
herbs to treat the disease and have received phenomenal
results in a very short duration.

The Chuchuhuasi tree has multi dimensional qualities. It is
found in the Amazon rainforest, where the bark of the
Chuchuhuasi has been used medicinally for generations by
the indigenous people of the Amazon. Chuchuhuasi is known
as "trembling back" because it was used to treat back pain
since ancient times. It is also a very well known jungle
drink to treat muscle aches and for enhancing vital energy
or stamina to enjoy sexual life. The Local healers of the
Amazon mainly use chuchuhuasi as a tonic for fast healing.
It is combined with other medicinal herbs for the treatment
of different ailments and diseases. The indigenous people
of Amazon boil the bark of Chuchuhuasi in very small
quantity and drink it to combat arthritis, different kinds
of aches, menstrual disorder, rheumatism and sore muscles.

Triterpenes, sesquiterpene and favonols alkaloids are found
in the Chuchuhuasi. Mayteine and maytansine are the most
important chemicals also found in Chuchuhuasi, which
enhance anti tumor activity. The treatment of Arthritis can
be done effectively by using chuchuhuasi herbs.

The Iporuru herb also has great healing and medicinal
qualities. The bark and leaves of Iporuru are used by
Amazon's indigenous people for curing various ailments and
diseases. In most parts of the Amazon, people tincture the
Iporuru bark and leaves with the local rum called
aguardiente. This is very good for arthritis, muscle aches,
and rheumatism.

The research and recent studies indicate that Iporuru
contains important elements like phenols, flavonols,
saponins, xanthones, tannins, and alkaloids. It is
important to know the nature and use of Iporuru and
chuchuhuasi herbs. The importance of these two herbs has
been well known from ancient times to the local people of
the Amazon. Due to recent exciting research these herbs
they are gaining much popularity in the field of herbal
medicine.

How to Tell A Licensed Canadian Pharmacy From A Fake Internet Pharmacy

There has been a growing concern regarding fake internet
pharmacies. In fact, the growth in the number of fake
internet pharmacy websites has been termed as a "global
disaster" by the pharmaceutical industry.

There are two things to stress here.

First, there are definitely unscrupulous con-men operating
fake internet pharmacy sites. You must take care in
verifying the validity of any online pharmacy before you
order your medications from them.

Secondly, you need to take reports from the pharmaceutical
industry with a grain of salt. Big Pharma wants Americans
to continue to buy "inflated and overpriced"
pharmaceuticals from their local pharmacy. It is in Big
Pharma's best interest (more profits) that you pay top
dollar for your medications locally rather than buying your
medications affordably from a licensed Canadian pharmacy.
Therefore, they use fear to scare you away from Canadian
pharmacies and Canadian prescription drugs.

So how do you ensure that you are ordering from a genuine
Canadian pharmacy and not a fake internet pharmacy?

First, review the pharmacy's website thoroughly. The
website should provide you with the pharmacy license
number, the physical address of the pharmacy and the
regulatory body that oversees their operation. Most
Canadian pharmacy regulatory bodies have a website that
lists the registered pharmacies in their jurisdiction. You
can visit the website www.napra.org in order to find the
listing of pharmacies for each province in Canada or to
find the regulatory body for the particular province your
pharmacy is located in.

The pharmacy should also provide a phone number on their
website for you to call. A pharmacist should be available
for you to speak to about your order. Ask the pharmacist
about their credentials and ask for their license number.
If you want, you can verify this license number with the
provincial pharmacy regulator.

Another item to look for is the Canadian International
Pharmacy Association (CIPA) seal. CIPA is an organization
that represents legitimate Canadian pharmacy sites that
provide pharmacy services to patients internationally.
Now, seeing this seal on a website is not a guarantee in
and of itself. Fake internet pharmacies have been known to
hijack the CIPA seal and place it on their website. The
only way to verify the legitimacy of the CIPA membership
seal is to actually visit the CIPA website at www.ciparx.ca
and use their Verify Membership function. A fake internet
pharmacy will not have its website listed here.

And the final item to look for on a Canadian pharmacy
website is the PharmacyChecker seal. Pharmacy Checker is
an independent agency that verifies the legitimacy of
Canadian pharmacies as well as American and International
pharmacies. In fact, pharmacies can not advertise on
Google without a PharmacyChecker seal and Google takes this
very seriously. You can verify the PharmacyChecker seal by
visiting www.PharmacyChecker.com and clicking on the
Pharmacy Ratings and Profiles.

Other than checking out the above items on the pharmacy's
website you should also make sure that the pharmacy
requires you to provide a prescription from your doctor.
Any website that does not require you to provide a
prescription is not a legitimate Canadian pharmacy.

Follow these simple rules and you can feel safe knowing
that you are safely ordering your medications online from a
real, licensed Canadian pharmacy.

The Forms Of Anxiety

There's a tendency to consider anxiety to be a single
condition, and to equate anxiety with being or feeling
"nervous". In reality, this is an oversimplification. From
a diagnostic perspective, anxiety actually encompasses a
number of different conditions, each with a unique
symptomology. Treatment of the various anxiety disorders is
also mostly unique, though there may be overlap in some
places.

Generalized anxiety disorder is the most common form of
anxiety, and has basically become the standby definition
for a medically verifiable anxious state. Generalized
anxiety disorder is characterized by chronic worry, chronic
tension, chronic irritability, that doesn't appear to have
a specific cause or is more intensive than would seem
reasonable. In addition to being common, generalized
anxiety is also quite treatment-friendly, with various
treatment techniques shown to be effective.

Another anxiety form is panic disorder. Panic disorder is
characterized by sudden, unpredictable terror feelings. The
unpredictable nature of panic disorder -- symptoms can
happen at any time and are generally not attached to a
particular event -- can cause those with panic disorder to
live in perpetual fear of suffering further panic attacks.
Panic disorder is typically treated with forms of
counseling therapy and / or psychiatric drugs.

The third anxiety form is phobias. Phobias are fears of
things or events that are so profound they encourage or
lead to the altering of one's behavior. A person with a
phobia of some thing may go to exceptional lengths to avoid
coming into contact with their fear cause. The baseline
treatment for phobias is to train those with a phobia to
cope with whatever it is they're afraid of. Anti-anxiety
agents and anti-depressants may be used in phobia treatment.

The final, and most severe, anxiety form is post-traumatic
stress disorder. Post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD,
is a trauma effect caused by being witness to, or being a
part of, some terrifying event. PTSD symptoms typically
take the form of some degree of persistent, extreme
agitation. Psychotherapy is a baseline form of treatment
for PTSD. Psychiatric drugs may also be added to treatment.

All anxiety forms that meet a formal diagnosis are
characterized by consistency and duration. A one-time or
occasional anxiety reaction of some sort would likely not
meet the standard for diagnosis, and the need for
subsequent treatment. Consistency in symptoms is key.

If help is sought for an anxious condition, it's relevant
and important to distinguish one's symptoms. To just claim
anxiety to a medical practitioner is being much too vague.
Describing specific anxious symptoms that one is feeling is
vital to ensuring successful treatment.

The Keys to Ultimate Beach Fitness

Everyone's talking about beach fitness. From women to men,
everyone wants to look good when they're lying out or
hanging out in the water. But to get your body in bikini or
swim trunk shape, you need to find exercises that really
work and help you with getting in shape. Even if you don't
have a lot of time, however, you can succeed at beach
fitness. Here are the toning tools and fitness tips you
need.

The first thing you need to do for beach fitness is to
figure out what your goals are. If you're looking to lose
weight, you may want to weight yourself and create a weight
loss target for your body. You might also want to measure
specific parts of your body – arms, waist, chest, thighs,
hips, etc. – to keep a record of where you are losing
weight even when the scale doesn't say that you are. By
creating clear goals, you will be able to assess your
progress as you move along and motivate yourself when your
willpower if flagging.

Next, you should start looking into exercises that will
really target the areas that will be seen when you're on
the beach. Here are a few beach fitness exercises that you
can use – no matter if you're a man or a woman:

* Squats
* Calf raises or dips
* Crunches
* Bench presses
* Push-ups

While this list seems short, it targets all of the major
muscle groups in the body. And if you're pressed for time,
it's the perfect way to still tone your body.

But beach fitness doesn't stop there. You also need to add
a cardiovascular component that will help your body burn
any excess fat and inches you might have. Try to include at
least thirty minutes of heart pumping exercise three days a
week. The national recommendation for weight loss is 45 to
60 minutes of cardio 5 to 6 times per week, but if you're
not ready for that kind of time commitment, slowly work
your way up. When you do cardio exercise, you should be
working hard enough that you are breathing heavily, but not
so hard that you can not talk at all.

When it comes to beach fitness, you need to make sure that
you're eating a balanced diet that's low in calories in
addition to your workouts. While it might seem like you
could eat more, you need to create a calorie deficit in
order to lose the inches that you don't want to show off on
the beach.
