Lose The Incredibly Stubborn Fat and Eliminate Any Chances For Diseases!

Lose The Incredibly Stubborn Fat and Eliminate Any Chances For Diseases!
In this society, more and more Americans are becoming
overweight and obese. Over 59% of the adult population in
America is obese. In addition, to that ever since the
transition of more of our food becoming processed has led
to EYE POPPING increases in Diabetes (40 to 50 million),
there are over 10.9 million cases of cancer worldwide, there
are also 10 million cases of osteoporosis in america and
others. The American food for the most part is saturated
with preservatives; growth hormones, antibiotics,
sweeteners and other chemicals that our bodies have become
cuss pools of toxic waste.

A Nobel peace prize-winning doctor and researcher stated
that disease starts in the colon. Processed food that is
consumed without any fiber has a greater chance of becoming
stuck or even clogged inside of the colon. In addition,
people spend more time these days in sedentary jobs, which
leads to lower metabolic rates. Due to inactivity, this
processed food has a greater probability of becoming stored
as plaque. The problem with this plaque is that it can be
a reservoir for fecal matter, parasites and mucus. The
studies on this plaque indicate that it has a consistency
of a rubber tire.

Moreover, there is also an increased chance of the residues
from the plaque ending up in our blood system. If the
plaque ends up traveling throughout the body it can invade
tissues and organs causing a host of health problems. In
fact, an unhealthy digestive system impacted with mucus,
toxins and impacted waste can trigger a host of health
issues such as:

Bloating

Weight Problems

Backaches

Body Odors

Poor Appetite

Lack Of Energy

Mood Swings

Occasional Constipation

Weak Immune System

Foul Breath

The digestive system is the lifeline to good health. Each
day approximately 2 ½ gallons of food, body
secretions and liquids are processed by our system. In
order to help restore our bodies to optimal health an
effective method of cleansing needs to be implemented. If
an effective cleansing method is correctly used the result
can:

Eliminate waste clogging your colon

Promote renewed vitality

Help restore and maintain regularity

Promote a healthy immune system

Promote maximum absorption of vital nutrients

Cleanse, refresh and detoxify

As an incredible side benefit of a good cleansing program
is a noticeable difference in weight loss. Some studies
have indicated that the average adult contains between 10
to 15 lbs of compacted fecal matter. The decrease of this
fecal matter can possibly lead to even more weight loss.
The reason for this is because vital weight loss initiating
factors can finally breakthrough the digestive tract and
propagate the bodies natural weight management.

Let's Talk Cellulite : Two New Treatments in Cellulite Reduction

Let's Talk Cellulite : Two New Treatments in Cellulite Reduction
Cellulite is still one of those unfortunate physical
detractions that so many people - mostly women - want to
deal with and get rid of, and yet can find no solid, proven
way to eliminate the appearance permanently. Hence, there
are floods of women looking for that magic bullet that just
doesn't exist, that will rid them of their cellulite
forever.

In fact, there are treatments that can currently
dramatically reduce the appearance of the unsightly orange
peel look, and that do work on many or most of the women
who try them, however, there is not one that does not
require follow up treatment for the rest of one's natural
life in order for the results to be maintained.

There are always new treatments that are supposed to be the
latest, best thing out there, and there are two newer
procedures and treatments that we are going to talk about
today for cellulite reduction, called Velasmooth and the
Triactive laser.

The first one, which goes by the patent name of Velasmooth,
works through a similar process of an already widely used
cellulite reduction process called endermologie. Like
endermologie, Velasmooth uses the power of a vacuuming
suction action as well as rollers to help "pound out" the
lumps and bumps via force and break up the connective
tissue that causes the puckered appearance of your fatty
areas.

But that's not the only way this one purports to help
smooth out the problem areas. It's biggest draw is that it
uses IPL, or pulsed light therapy, which is supposed to
help manipulate the fat cells and the connective tissue,
forcing an increase in circulation, and the fatty tissues
that cause the cellulite to move and be manipulated by the
rollers and vacuums, creating a more uniform, toned and
lifted look.

The device itself for Velasmooth looks almost like a hand
held vacuum, except that it also emits a light from the
surface. With this option, the recommendation from the
manufacturers is that you get roughly eight to sixteen
treatment sessions to start off with as an initial way to
break up the tissues and smooth the problem areas.

The treatments themselves last around 45 minutes to one
hour, and it is recommended that the spacing be one to two
per week until optimum results are achieved, with follow up
treatments done about once or twice a month afterwards to
maintain the results. And, now the most important part,
the cost.

Of course, as with any other professionally administered
and monitored aesthetic treatment, you are going to see a
higher cost than for any home treatment. The cost of
treatments ranges from $150 to $300 per treatment,
depending on the area you live in. In other words, this
treatment will cost you more if you are going to Beverly
Hills to get them done, but may cost less if you live in a
suburban Midwestern area like I currently do.

The Triactive laser is a similar device to the Velasmooth,
except that it uses actual laser technology to help shrink
the fat cells and help increase circulation and manipulate
the fatty deposits into other areas to smooth the whole
area out and create a more uniform look.

The Triactive laser also uses rollers and vacuum
manipulation to shape the body and contour areas such as
the buttocks, hips, thighs and tummy that commonly have a
lot of cellulite on them.

Apparently, this procedure has been used for years
successfully in Italy before it was brought to the US, and
women typically see results in anywhere from ten to fifteen
sessions, with the cost about equal to the cost of
Velasmooth but perhaps a bit less, depending again on the
area you live in and the individual prices of who renders
your service.

Alternatives to the differences between men and women

Alternatives to the differences between men and women
We live in an unshockable society. That's what some people
would like to believe. If you're a liberal, you talk about
all the progress we've made and how far we've come since
the bad old days of the 1950s. If you're a conservative,
you talk about the licentiousness of modern Western society
and how we've come off the rails and gone wrong. Both sets
of people quote the same statistics, about marriage
break-ups and single parents, some seeing it as freedom and
independence, some seeing it as the breakdown of
civilisation. It's just a pity that both groups are wrong.

A recent radio feature proves that we haven't moved as far
as we may have either hoped, or feared. If you've ever
listened to 'Woman's Hour' on the BBC, you'll know that
they like to talk about women's issues and concerns. A
recent item concerned couples who were experiencing
problems having children. The interviewees were complaining
that they couldn't talk to the doctors. Now, you'd probably
assume that medical staff can be quite candid about human
relations. Well, it turns out that they get as easily
embarrassed as the rest of us. One husband said that he had
been asked if he was having intercourse 'regularly'. He was
baffled. After all, four times a year can be 'regular'. So
can four times a week! He didn't know what to say, and when
he asked for clarification, the fidgeting doctor changed
the subject. The next question was whether everything was
'all right in the bedroom'? What was he expected to comment
on? The décor? The medic refused to be more specific.
The conversation went nowhere and was totally
unenlightening.

A nurse was interviewed. She said that she had been trained
to offer counselling to couples who were having problems
having children. She said that the men and women she talked
to were relieved to be given the chance to discuss things.
Often, they had more questions than answers. They wanted to
know if they were doing the right things. The nurse
commented that she was able to help, because sometimes they
weren't. She said that she was staggered by the ignorance
of some people. How can that be, you may ask? After years
and years of lessons in the classrooms, how is it that some
people still don't know everything there is to know about
intimacy? Well, I remember my own experiences. In the first
year in High School we studied flowers and frogs, rabbits
and dogs. We then spent two weeks talking about how human
beings had babies. It all seemed a bit irrelevant to me,
but a year later my body started changing and I wanted to
know, everything. The information I had been given was
unhelpful and incomplete. I did what everyone else did:
completed my education in the schoolyard.

Nowadays we have the internet. I know that most people can
be shocked when they first get on-line by the graphic and
adult material that offers itself, often uninvited. I learn
to press the 'spam' button, but I admit that I've sneaked a
look at what's available, sometimes. One thought struck me:
if I had been able to see this when I was a teenager, I
would have had a lot less questions. In my day, we made
love in the dark and didn't talk about it. If I knew how
women's bodies were made and what they were meant to look
like, and what the average man looked like also, I would
have had a lot less to worry about. Still, that doesn't
seem to occur to most parents, that when their kids are
surfing the web, they could be looking for information and
enlightenment, as much as titillation. We assume that
today's teenagers know it all and need no help. It seems we
are wrong.

How ironic that the popular view of a growth in public
openness and freedom to discuss the most intimate details
of human relations, hasn't led to a true improvement in
knowledge or happiness. The fact is that the great majority
of people still find it difficult to discuss either their
relationships or their experiences, and that, despite the
upsurge in celebrity gossip and tittle-tattle. It seems
that the human capacity for hypocrisy has grown in
proportion to the changes in society. The modern public
persona of blasé, knowing cool hides the private life
of fear, embarrassment and ignorance, just like it always
did.

6 Tips For Slowing Down The ADD Brain - isn't it time you did something for yourself?

6 Tips For Slowing Down The ADD Brain - isn't it time you did something for yourself?
If you're an adult with ADD, then you may be familiar with
the concept that (at times), slowing down is a very
difficult thing to do. There are many tasks to complete
and so little time to complete them. So your mind starts
working at high speed, trying to achieve all that needs to
be achieved, or alternatively getting upset in the belief
that completing all required tasks is not possible. As a
result, you waste a lot of time worrying, and very little
time getting pleasure from life.

While the process of slowing down is difficult to explain,
it certainly is possible. Here are 6 established strategies
to slow down the adult ADD brain:

1. Monitor and Control Your Work: Control your
work/business hours. Notwithstanding that at times it is
essential to work overtime, do not do it unless it is
absolutely unavoidable. You will work more competently
during the day when the time you have to complete your job
is fixed. Additionally, take a break on weekends - or at
least 2 days a week.

2. Arrange For a Night Out With Others: Nothing is more
enjoyable than having a night out with people you like.
This may be with work colleagues, friends, family, or
members of a group you are a part of. Let your hair down
and have a good time.

3. Make a Weekly Obligation (Like Taking a Class or
Involving Yourself in a Group): Find a reason to go out of
the house and out of the office each week. Attend a class,
if possible to learn something new . . . something you are
passionate about. Ensure you pay for the class beforehand
so you will not be tempted to make excuses not to go.

4. Journal: Maintaining a daily journal compels you to stop
and reflect. It assists you in dealing with nervous
tension and enhances clarity of mind. Make a commitment to
do it every day. Don't be bothered about sentence
structure, syntax, punctuation, or flow since no one else
ever has to see it.

5. Meditate: There are many varied approaches to
meditation, but the one described here is 'mindfulness
meditation'. This is merely the action of being there in
the present - whether you are working, walking, or washing
the dishes. Make an effort to keep your mind in the
instant, and do not 'tag on' worrying or troublesome
thoughts or feelings. It's OK to take 'baby-steps' at
first, with 5 minutes spent in mindful meditation daily.
After a week or so, build on your performance as you become
more and more at ease with the process.

6. Switch Off Your Computer 2 Hours Before Bed: Computers
are rather interesting, in particular for ADDers,
frequently finding themselves sitting at their computer at
3 o'clock in the morning completely occupied in exploring
something totally arbitrary. They cannot move away from
the computer and going to bed is just not a consideration.
Set a 'walk-away' deadline and get in the habit of
switching the computer off at least two hours prior to
going to sleep so as to allow time to wind down before
going to bed.

How Do I Get Rid Of Old Acne Scars?

How Do I Get Rid Of Old Acne Scars?
Acne is a common skin problem with the people of age
between 11 to 30. Even after healing the acne leaves scars
on the skin and these scars in turn give older look to the
skin as the skin loses its elasticity with time.

How do I get rid of old Acne Scars?
The old problem of unwanted acne and scars lies even today.
They cover the faces of people giving an eclipse to their
enthusiasm and youthfulness. This is the reason; scars are
loathed by all of us. Individuals seek advice from peers
and parents and if nothing works, they take medical advice
or go for cosmetic surgery, which is very "in" nowadays.
They might be an expensive affair but guarantees a clear
and flawless beautiful face.

Types of scars
There are number of treatments for removing acne scars that
depends on the type and depth of scars. The hypertrophic
and keloid acne scars are formed due to the increased
tissue formation due to the accumulation of collagen in the
skin. There are also acne scars formed due to the loss of
tissue like ice-pick scars, depressed fibrotic scars and
atrophic macules.

Things to be avoided
There are a numerous things, which are not healthy for the
skin and should be avoided as much as possible. Foods like
processed one and refined, oily stuff, beverages like soft
drinks, coffee and tea and sugar based products should be
said a "big no".

Medicines and experts
In today's times when everything is thought from the
perspective of science and chemicals, medical experts
advice is really a must go option. They prescribe really
effective pills, which help bring clear skin of face into
existence.

Cosmetic surgery
It is the innovative blend of knowledge and latest
technology, which provides freedom from acne and scars.
There are number of treatments available including
microdermabrasion, which utilizes very minute crystals in
exfoliating dead skin. Actually it works on the principle
of removing dead cells, which covers the epidermis or outer
skin. This repairs the skin by regenerating cells at a fast
rate.

Another method known as chemical peeling implies applying
of chemicals on the skin and then inducing peeling so that
smoke, old or sun damaged skin gets eliminated, and fresh
glowing skin that was hidden underneath comes out. The
different kinds of peeling that are given by the experts
are superficial, deep and medium peels. They all perform
different functions and their positive outcomes can be seen.

Laser technique for treatment
Now a day's laser treatment of acne scars is more popular
as this technology includes usage of lasers with different
energy and tissue-penetrating power to treat complex scars.
The lasers tighten the collagen fibers in the skin and
elevate the depressed scars.

Another method of treatment is the soft tissue augmentation
that rectifies the scars formed due to the loss of tissue.
It includes the usage of subcutaneous fat and collagen
injections under the scars so as to elevate the surface of
the scars up to the surface of surrounding skin. Beautiful
skin is the one that is free from all types of problems. So
with advance treatments available, one can always STAY
BEAUTIFUL!

What's wrong in the JOINT ?

What's wrong in the JOINT ?
Human body is the ultimate creation and though, science has
achieved so much , it can't form a perfect robotic joint
comparable to the joints of humans. Joints are incredibly
important parts of the body and if one is suffering from
any joint pain, it becomes a big problem. In the human
body, one or more joints can be affected by joint pain and
contradictory to the common fallacy, joint pain can affect
a person of any age group.

The fact is, joint pains cases are increasing and a number
of young people these days are also suffering and the
causes of body joint pain are diverse.

If we talk of the most common causes of body joint pain
then we think of any injuries related to the ligaments,
bursae or the tendons of the concerned joint.

Such injuries can also affect the cartilage and bones of
the joint. So , when the damage is done to any part of the
joint, pain appears. Pain is one of the strongest symptoms
of joint inflammation and joint infection. It can also
signify the a tumor within the joint which is again a
dangerous case. Joint pain has many variations to its name,
the medical term being Arthralgia.

Swelling of joints is one of the primary causes of body
joint pain and a large percentage of those suffering from
the pain usually fall into this category. Acute joint pain
and chronic joint pain are the two kinds of joint pains
mainly predominant. Acute joint pain affects the joints
temporarily. It generally lasts for a few passing seconds
or longer, but sooner or later it will decline as the
healing process takes place. Chronic joint pain varies from
mild to severe, and usually lasts for a relatively longer
period of time.

A number of factors can be attributed to the occurrence of
the joint pain. The major reasons being: Arthritis, Aseptic
Necrosis, Bursitis, Osteochondritis Dissecans , Sickle Cell
Disease or Sickle Cell Anemia, Steroid Withdrawal, Tearing
of cartilage, Bone fracture, Septic arthritis, Sprain,
Synovial sarcoma and Tendonitis.

Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis are the other usual
causes. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disorder that
leads to stiffness and pain in the joints. Osteoarthritis
involves deterioration of the cartilage surrounding the
joint. Osteoarthritis is fairly common among people in
their mid forties and above. Bursitis is the inflammation
or the swelling of the bursae. As you can see the diversity
in factors, there are further causes for joint pain, which
include septic arthritis, tendonitis and infectious
diseases like influenza, rheumatic fever and hepatitis.
External damage like fractures and sprains are also one of
the main causes of body joint pain.

What can be the possible remedies for joint pain? There are
some home remedies available. Home remedies can be
effective, but before using them it is advisable to get the
cause and type of the joint pain diagnosed. This can be
done with the help of a few inexpensive medical tests.
There are many easy-to-do and natural methods of achieving
relief from joint pain.

It seems like Devils'claw is a useful product and has
proved to be effective in the treatment of body joint pain.
However, it is advisable to consult a doctor before
attempting this method. There are many testimonials about
its ability to cure painful joints, making mobility easier.

Glucosamine and MSM has been well tested, and is considered
to be an extremely effective method of easing arthritis
pain and cartilage regeneration. Different types of
arthritis require various methods of preparation of
glucosamine. Consultation with your doctor before trying
out this product is recommended.

Water can be helpful in moving the vitamins and minerals in
your body. So drink plenty of fresh and pure water. Water
therapy is another popular remedy for joint pain. It is
also known as water aerobics as it involves performing
different types of aerobics exercises in a pool.

Joint pain can definitely cause a lot of suffering and
discomfort, making it amongst one of the most debilitating
conditions ever encountered by man. But with proper
research and remedies it can be beaten.

remedies possible for it.

Are You Ready To Succeed In Addiction Treatment? 5 Yes Or No Questions

Are You Ready To Succeed In Addiction Treatment? 5 Yes Or No Questions
Addiction recovery can be broken down into five major
questions that need to be answered, processed, and moved
through for success. They are sequential and though the
questions may sound simple, there are hidden land mines
that can derail your recovery. Here are the questions that
need 'yes' answers:

1. Do I have a problem?

This question might at first glance seem obvious, but it
really is the key. If a person does not believe that they
have a problem, then certainly, there is no need for
treatment and life will continue on as always. This
attitude can involve that frequently over used the word
'denial'. The problems are evident to everyone around the
person, but it is not clear to them at all. The hidden
landmine in answering yes to this question, is that while
you may be aware of a problem, have you defined it
correctly? Hint: it is not the substance or behavior, but
your reaction to, and continuation of it. For example does
your behavior trigger obsession and compulsion?

2. Do I want to do something about the problem?

Again, this question is not as obvious as it may first
seem. Lots of people are aware that they have a problems
with addiction yet continue to not do anything about them.
A common attitude is that I can stop any time I want to, I
am just not ready to stop, maybe tomorrow, or next year, or
after the holidays.

3. Do I want to stop now?

If you can answer yes to the questions do I have a problem,
and do I want to do something about it, the next question
begging to be asked is... now? Is the time right? What is
it that has now moved you to action? Most people are moved
to action by a crisis that affects them personally and
immediately. This crisis usually cuts through barriers of
procrastination and denial. Examples may be divorce, jail
time, or the imminent threat of losing a job. There are
some people however, who simply get sick and tired of being
sick and tired.

4. Am I my willing to establish a plan that will maximize
my chances for success?

If we have established that a problem exists, we want to do
something about it and the time is right, doesn't it make
sense to pursue the plan that will give us the best chance
for success? Here is where many people go astray. It is
essential to get qualified help and input in developing a
personal plan that will give you the best chance for
success. The plan I hear most often, that is almost a
sure-fire method for failure is 'I know what to do let me
go do it.' Another plan that has a near zero success rate
is 'I have made up my mind to quit so that's a done deal,'
(using willpower alone). One tricky part about establishing
a successful recovery plan is that there is no standardized
plan will work for everybody. Professional input will
really help.

5. Having established a workable plan, will I put that plan
into action on a daily basis?

You can have the most wonderful recovery plan in the world,
but it does you absolutely no good unless you implement it.
This generally means moving forward and doing the next
right thing. It is essential to build accountability into
the execution of your program. A critical piece of
information is that addiction recovery is a process not
event. If you have been in treatment, recovery is not
complete with the end of formal treatment. The changes that
suggested need to be implemented throughout your life on a
continual basis. Addiction recovery is a life long process
of change.

Though these steps are a simplification of the addiction
recovery process, answering yes to all five questions, and
moving through positively through them all, will ensure
that you are on the right road for addiction recovery.
