mini dress and having guys gawk over them. Other women

calories. Juices, fancy coffees, ice teas, lemonades, etc
can all lead to hidden calories that are just sugar. A
standard serving size of orange juice is 4 ounces. That is
only half a cup of juice. Most people's glasses are 12-16
ounce glasses and they fill them up. This could mean an
extra 250 calories to your daily calorie intake just from

look at all your other beverage you drink to make sure you

their calorie intake by as much as 25%. That could mean
that you are overeating by as much as 400-500 calories

record everything you eat and drink so you modify your
intake if you find that you are underestimating your
caloric intake. Once you have written down what you drink
look at what those beverages are and see if any have
calories in them. Your plan for the next day is to replace
as many calorie filled drinks with water or other
non-caloric beverages. Keep reviewing this every night and
planning for the next day until you have shed all calorie
filled beverages.

Focus on replacing calorie filled drinks with water. In
general we underconsume water and our bodies would function
more efficiently and burn more fat if we drank our share of

drinking roughly 0.8 ounces of water for every pound of
bodyweight. This equals roughly 14-18 8 oz glasses of
water a day. One very important reason for doing this that
when your kidneys are not getting enough water your liver
has to kick in to help out. Your liver is responsible for
metabolizing fat and using for energy. If it has to help
out the kidneys then your body isn't going to burn as much
