A body detox plan is not only a good method of losing
weight, but an excellent way to rid your body of toxins as
well. These toxins are substances that are harmful to the

detox plan, especially if you work in such an area where it
might have a negative impact on the benefits of such a plan.
During your body detox plan, you will be advised to stay
away from sugar, dairy products, starchy foods, foods with
preservatives and certain cereals. On your menu will be
plenty of water, of course, rice, fish, fruits and
vegetables and maybe even herbal teas. That's the best part
about body detox plans; there are a number of food options
available that you can enjoy!
